Shipping & return

Shipping:

All orders within the Netherlands are shipped with Post NL or DHL. If the
product is in stock, we aim to deliver your order on the next working day.
Orders from abroad will be shipped with DHL. However, the delivery time
here is a bit longer and depends on the country.

Cost:

The shipping costs for a standard shipment within the Netherlands are €4.95.
These costs are automatically calculated and charged for processing your
order.

Is your order worth €75,- or more? Then we pay the shipping costs for you! 

The costs for any return shipment are for your own account, we will therefore not reimburse these to you.

Return:

If the items to be returned meet our conditions, you can return them within
14 days of receipt. The conditions for returns are:

  • Items must be unworn, free of stains or odours
  • The tags must still be attached to the article and the hygiene sticker (if present) intact
  • For hygiene reasons, make sure that the pants and bathing suit are tried on top of your own underwear, if this is visibly not done we cannot process the return


By logging into the account with which you placed the order, you can indicate
with the order number which item(s) you want to return or exchange and
indicate a reason. This way we know that a return is coming. However, do
not forget to mention your order number in the return package, otherwise we
will unfortunately not be able to place your return and therefore not process it
correctly. Upon good receipt, we will proceed to refund the purchase amount
within 10 working days.

Pay attention! If you send the return package via PostNL or DHL, you will
receive a shipping receipt with a Track & Trace code. Please keep the proof
of shipping until your return has been fully processed and refunded. If your
return is lost, we cannot start an investigation into the package without a
valid proof of shipment* and unfortunately, we will not be able to refund
missing returns.

* A valid proof of shipment has a Track & Trace code and indicates to which
address your package was sent. In addition, the weight of the package and
the date of shipment are also stated on it.
